Management vs Leadership

Udah banyak yang mencoba membedakan antara kegiatan manajemen dan mana yang masuk ke leadership. Pada dasarnya dua aspek ini adalah dua sisi mata uang, yang harusnya ada dalam setiap pemimpin (atau orang yang diposisikan sebagai pemimpin).
Secara kasar, leadership didefinisikan sebagai "do the right things", sementara manajemen lebih ke arah "do the things right".
